Just along from the Westgate Towers and a short stroll from Canterbury West train station, Chapman’s in Canterbury can be found at the very heart of the St Dunstan’s. 

Renowned for its’ quality, Chapman’s has been serving up superior quality fish from the day it opened its doors. Previously owned by independent fish wholesaler Chapman’s, 2020 saw the restaurant take a new and exciting path. Now under the stewardship of executive chef Byron Hayter, Chapman’s in Canterbury continues to offer Kent’s finest locally sourced produce. Byron’s wealth of experience in the luxury fine dining industry is reflected in his work, the menu is simple, yet exciting and is a true celebration of the ingredients.
